Abstract
Chemically and optically pure N-omega-substituted arginine derivatives were prepared with high yields in two steps, starting fiom N-alpha-protected or nithine and ArSO2N=C(SMe)(2). The compounds were applied to solid phase pep tide synthesis using Boc as well as Fmoc chemistries. (C) 1999 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
