Abstract
The title compound, C19H14O4, exists in the quinol form. The six-membered a
nd five-membered rings of the norbornene moiety adopt boat and envelope con
formations, respectively. The hydroxyl groups are involved in O-H...O intra
molecular hydrogen bonds.
