Abstract
Two clinical pregnancies following intracytoplasmic sperm injection of sper matozoa from frozen-thawed testicular biopsies in two azoospermic men are r eported. The use of spermatozoa from cryopreserved testicular tissue is the refore a viable option for azoospermic men, as our results indicate that pr egnancies is achievable in these cases.
