Abstract
An enterocutaneous malignant fistula developed in a patient who had a retro peritoneal angiosarcoma. He was treated with octreoride acetate subcutaneou sly. DI image decreased and ceased after 2 weeks of therapy. The closure of this malignant fistula suggests that palliative therapy with octreotide ac etate merits fill ther study in view of the grave prognosis of this complic ation.
