Abstract
Total upper eyelid reconstruction is required infrequently and is a challen ge following trauma or the removal of eyelid for tumor. The vertical forehe ad nap can provide the external lamella with a mucous membrane graft lining its posterior surface. Two cases of total upper eyelid reconstruction usin g this method are presented and discussed.
