Abstract
Endovascular exclusion could allow safe and successful treatment of abdomin al aortic aneurysms. If may also be possible to use this technique in patie nts classed as high risk for conventional open repair. However, it is a new technique which has not been validated in or proper clinical trial. This r eview aims to outline current thinking in this field and the basis of the p rocedure.
