Abstract
Three cases of extraosseous Ewing sarcoma are reported. This pathology of t he young adult is very rare as shown by the review of the literature. Clini cal or imaging (CT or MRI) findings are non-specific and diagnosis is based on histology. Nonetheless, this diagnosis should be considered in all pati ents with primary soft tissue tumors.
