Abstract
We report our chirgical technique of limbal autograft for recent severe ocu lar burns. Our procedure is a modified Kenyon and Tseng technique. We discu ss our main observations when using this procedure for serious ocular burns which demonstrate the physical signs best indicating surgery, the limbal r egion to be used, and optimal postoperative follow-up.
