Abstract
A real-time white light stereo pseudocolor encoding technique for the phase rate-of-change in the imaging system of microscope is presented. It is ana lyzed by the theory of partially coherent light. The analytic results showe d that the information about phase rate-of-change of the input object funct ion is reflected in the output stereo pseudocolor image under given conditi ons and illuminated by incoherent source.
