Abstract
Results of the analysis of possible causes of the alignment of energet ically distinguished cores of gamma-hadron on families are presented. It is shown that the well-known physical factors cannot produce the ob served effects. A phenomenological model based on new Pomeron physics theories and capable of explanation of this phenomenon is proposed.
