Abstract
The cross sections for the excitation of isomeric states have been studied in the reactions (gamma, n) on Eu-152 and Re-184 nuclei at energies in the range 8-18 MeV. The results are compared with data on (n, gamma) reactions and with the results of theoretical calculations.
