Abstract
The results of experimental investigation of the states and concentrations of the metal ions and humidity influence on the resistance of poly-vanadium -titanium xerogels are presented. The resistivity of thin-film samples decr eases with an increase of humidity as an exponential function. The final re sults indicated that vanadium-titanium xerogels are more suitable for humid ity sensors fabrication than other investigated vanadium hydrates. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science S.A.
