Chemical investigation of the sponge Leucetta chagosensis collected in
Chuuk State, Federated States of Micronesia, has led to the isolation
of two new alkaloids, 2-deoxy-2-aminokealiiquinone (3) and naamine C
(5), along with the known alkaloid, pyronaamidine (1). The structures
of 3 and 5 were assigned by spectroscopic and chemical methods.
