Abstract
We describe a 6 year-old boy who presented with bilateral gynaecomasti a, pseudoprecocious puberty and facial features suggestive of Gushing' s syndrome. The underlying pathology was a right adrenocortical adenom a which was secreting oestradiol, androgens and cortisol. All the bioc hemical abnormalities normalised within one week of right adrenalectom y. To our knowledge this combination of hormones produced by an adreno cortical adenoma is particularly unusual.
