Abstract
Lichen simplex chronicus is a common dermatosis that rarely affects the eye lids. We report the clinical and pathologic features in the case of a middl e-aged man who had lichen simplex chronicus of both lower eyelids. The clin ical features suggested the presence of basal cell carcinoma.
