Abstract
The effect of parameters of discrete evaporation of poly-p-phenylene ( PPP) and C-60 on quality of the films formed was studied. PPP and PPP/ C-60 composite films and heterostructures based on these materials wer e prepared. It was established that the conjugation length of PPP macr omolecules consists of similar to 9-10 units, and they can be electroc hemically transformed into the radical cation state at a potential of 2.10 V. Glassy carbon-PPP-C-60-Al heterostructures with a rectificatio n ratio of 10(6)-10(8) were formed.
