Abstract
A PSPICE model of quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) gas/odour sensors is pr esented which simulates the response of polymer-coated QCM devices to gases , taking into account the effects of ambient temperature and humidity. The model enables the associated drive circuitry to be rapidly prototyped and e lectronic nose equipment to be optimised.
