Abstract
The authors analyse harmonic mode-locking at (sub)terahertz frequencies in linear Fabry-Perot compound-cavity laser diodes (theoretically), and in rin g structures (experimentally and theoretically) and compare these lasers wi th other constructions used for harmonic mode-locking.
