Abstract
Lingual tumors are rare, primarily benign, lesions in the pediatric populat ion. Congenital lesions, such as hemangiomas, lymphatic malformations, derm oids, hamartomas and thyroglossal ducts cysts, are seen more commonly. Prim ary, non-congenital lingual neoplasms are less common in children. We prese nt three patients with benign lingual neoplasms. Evaluation, management, pa thology and follow-up are discussed.
