Abstract
The radiative Bc --> tau<(upsilon)over bar>(tau)gamma decay is analysed in
the standard model. The branching ratio of this decay is calculated and the
contributions of the bremsstrahlung and structure-dependent parts are comp
ared. It is shown that this decay can be detected at LHC.
