Abstract
Five analogues of Ala-Asp-Ser-Asp-Gly-Lys related to IgE with modifica tions at position 1,2 and 6 have been evaluated for antiallergic activ ity. One of the peptides (CDRI compound 94/335) was found to exhibit s ignificant activity by oral route in rats. (C) 1997 Published by Elsev ier Science Ltd.
