What's new in the Strategic Goals Program? The performance ladder

When government and metal finishing industry architects of the Strategic Go als Program (SGP) broke ground a year ago to implement this historic and co operative agreement, a new era was ushered in to test "new and bold ideas" that deliver better results for the nation's environment while cutting unne cessary costs and red tape. The seeds for change within the metal finishing industry and the regulatory community have taken root across the country, with the SGP acting as the catalyst for change. The SGP is truly a work in progress as our performance partnership with regulators reforms the previou s "command and control" system.
