Abstract
A 35-year-old woman, who had had an intrauterine device inserted 7 years ea rlier, presented with dysuria, pollakiuria, suprapubic pain and urethral ir ritation. The intrauterine device was found in the bladder with stone forma tion and was removed by endoscopy.
