Abstract
The problem in the axisymmetric motion of a linear viscoelastic solid struc ture under focused ultrasonic loading is considered. An effective procedure of reconstructing the shear viscoelastic properties of the object under in vestigation using minimum experimental information is proposed. The estimat ion of the error arising with this procedure is given.
