Abstract
A series of 5-C-substituted 20(S)-camptothecin analogues were synthesised a nd evaluated their in vitro anti-cancer activity. Several of these analogue s have showed excellent activity against human tumor cell lines. (C) 1999 E lsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
