Service validation

This paper gives an overview on validation methods and techniques for servi ce creation in an Intelligent Network (IN). A description of different comp onents of Service Creation Environment is provided, focusing on the validat ion tasks to perform in order to fulfil the requirements of all the actors involved in the service Life cycle. Then, we describe how SDL and MSC metho ds and tools can be used efficiently in service specification and requireme nt validation. Finally, we emphasize on service interaction detection perfo rmed by checking that the requirements of existing services are still satis fied when other services are introduced.
