Abstract
This paper summarizes recent results of our work toward a voltage standard based on a high-temperature superconducting (HTS) Josephson junction array. The concept of a programmable HTS voltage standard and technological aspec ts of its fabrication are discussed, New circuits providing uniform microwa ve current distribution along the HTS array are described.
