Characterization of the traveling standard for an international comparisonof DC voltage ratio

An international comparison of de voltage ratio for voltages up to 1000 V h as been started. It is one of the key-comparisons of electrical quantities selected by the CCEM in order to foster mutual recognition of the national measurement standards and calibration certificates issued by National Metro logical Institutes, The results of the work carried out by IEN, the pilot l aboratory of the comparison, in order to characterize a voltage divider are reported. Drift and dependence on ambient conditions of this divider were found low enough to justify its use as the traveling standard in the compar ison.
