Abstract
In order to improve the quality of its time and frequency services, the Mex ican Power Electric Company (via its Test on Equipment and Materials Labora tory), requires trace-ability to Time and Frequency Mexican Primary Standar ds. With this purpose, the common-view (CV) technique, using a TTR-6A GPS r eceiver, has been implemented between LAPEM and the Time and Frequency Divi sion of CENAM. In this paper ne present the results of this Mexican compari son of time standards between these two national laboratories.
