An unusual case of spontaneous corneal perforation of acute hydrops in the
left eye of a 21 -year-old man is presented. The patient had a history of a
topic diseases. To evaluate the status of the other eye, corneal topographi
c analysis:was performed. This confirmed a subclinical keratoconus in the f
ellow eye and the association with atopy, eye rubbing, and rapid progressio
