Abstract
The similarity of the Raman spectra of crystalline (c) c-GeS and zeolite ma trix of X type with implanted clusters is considered. The joint considerati on of Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectra of c-, X-GeS, As-x(Ge2S3)(100-x ) glasses points to the formation of GeS3/3, GeS4/2, As-3/3 structural unit s in ternary glasses.
