Abstract
Pseudotyping can improve retroviral vector stability and transduction effic iency. Here, we describe a novel pseudotype of murine leukemia virus packag ed with lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV),This pseudotype was stabl e during ultracentrifugation and infected several cell lines from different species. Moreover, LCMV glycoproteins were not cell toxic.
