Abstract
A new model that explains the deviation from Arrhenius law of the diffusion coefficient of hydrogen in amorphous metals is suggested. This model relat es the deviation to the temperature dependence of the short-range order. Th e suggested model is applied to simulate the diffusion behavior of hydrogen in dilute amorphous Fe-H alloy. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
