We present a consistent analysis of Y sum rules and B-meson semileptonic wi
dth in the next-to-next-to-leading order in the strong coupling constant. T
he analysis is based on the analytical result for the heavy quark vector cu
rrent correlator near threshold in the second-order in perturbative and rel
ativistic expansion around the non-relativistic Coulomb approximation. (C)
