Abstract
A phenomenological model of coplanar generation of secondaries in hadron in teractions at superhigh energies is proposed. The model interprets this pro cess as a result of a recharge of a heavy quark into lighter quark via exch ange with a heavy boson and subsequent disintegration of a high spin system .
