Abstract
Extrathoracic lymph node metastases in pleural mesothelioma are rare. A cas e of pleural mesothelioma diagnosed by supraclavicular lymph node biopsy is described. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of pleural me sothelioma diagnosed in this manner.
