Abstract
The rare decays Lambda(b)-->Lambda gamma and Lambda(b)-->Lambda l(+)l(-) (l = e, mu) are examined. We use QCD sum rules to calculate the hadronic matr ix elements governing the decays. Then polarization in the decays is analyz ed and it is shown that the polarization parameter in Lambda(b)-->Lambda ga mma does not depend on the values of hadronic form factors. The energy spec trum of Lambda in Lambda(b)-->Lambda l(+)l(-) is given. [S0556-2821(99)0251 1-4].
