We present results of a Monte Carlo simulation of a three dimensional Gross
-Neveu model with SU(2) xSU(2) chiral symmetry at a nonzero baryon chemical
potential mu, corresponding to a nonzero baryon density. For mu sufficient
ly large there is a sharp transition between, a phase where the chiral symm
etry is broken by a condensate [(q) over bar q] and one where a scalar diqu
ark condensate \[qq]\ not equal 0. Global U(1) baryon number symmetry may r
emain unbroken, however, due to the absence of long range order in the phas
e of [qq]. There is also tentative evidence for the formation of a weaker p
seudoscalar diquark condensate in the high density phase, which violates pa
rity. [S0556-2821(99)01611-2].
