Abstract
Polymeric adsorbents containing amino-group for bilirubin were synthesized and the factors affecting the adsorption were also studied. The results sho w that the adsorption efficiency for bilirubin is over 80% in aqueous phosp hate buffer, and 50% in the presence of bovine serum albumin within 2 h, Th e hemocompatibility of adsorbents is good. So it is hopeful to be used in t he hemoperfusion.
