Abstract
5 nm thiospinel FeIn2S4 nanocrystallines were prepared through a solvotherm al process at 280 degrees C. Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmissio n electron microscopy (TEM) reveal that the product was nanocrystalline FeI n2S4 with cubic cell, and uniform spherical particle morphology. The factor s to the formation of uniform FeIn2S4 nanocrystallines with a narrow size d istribution were discussed also.
