In the case of T much greater than (h) over bar w/k, by expanding the quasi
particle current power spectrum up to the third order term of (h) over bar
w/2kT, two noises are obtained: one is a white noise, the other is an O-U n
oise. We find that the two noises are the negative correlated noises, and c
orrelation parameter lambda is equal to -root 6 /3. Effects of the correlat
ed noises on voltage-current characteristics curve are studied. The numeric
al computations show that the correlation parameter lambda has very large e
ffects on the voltage-current characteristics, but the correlation time tau
of the O-U noise has a little effect.
