Abstract
A general method for the automated extraction of lumped-element equivalent circuits for linear passive reciprocal distributed microwave circuits from time-domain scattering signals is presented. The proposed method autonomous ly generates network topology as well as parameter values while preserving circuit properties like reciprocity and passivity, Modeling examples for a two- and three-port structure are given.
