A new method to analyze the performance of grounding systems is presented.
The model is based on electric circuit theory and is solved by applying a c
onventional nodal analysis technique. Although the problem is treated in th
e frequency domain, a transient response may be obtained by means of the Fo
urier Transform. Comparison with other method and practical applications ar
e presented.
