Abstract
Raman spectroscopy is used for the characterization of different polycyanac rylates. The influence of pH-value and temperature on polymer properties is examined for bulk material as well as for single microcapsules. The techni que of optical trapping in combination with Raman spectroscopy enables the study of the polymerization process in one single emulsion particle. (C) 19 99 Elsevier Science B.V.
