Gamma-rays emitted from hot nuclei with mass around 115 and excitation ener
gies above 300 MeV, formed in the Ar-36 + Mo-98 reaction at 37 AMeV, have b
een measured. A comparison with previous experiments at lower bombarding en
ergies shows a decrease of the gamma-yieid with increasing incident energy.
A tentative interpretation based on dynamical calculations is proposed.
