Abstract
High-pr trigger at HERA-B experiment could be used to make fast selection o f B --> pi(+)pi(-), B --> K(+)pi(-) and other important decay modes. The tr igger includes three layers of gas pixel chambers and straw tubes with cath ode pad readout. Various tests of hardware prototypes have been done. The o ff-line analysis simulation shows that acceptable signal to background rati o could be achieved.
