Abstract
Electrical characterizations of different compositions of the fluorite-type Ca1-xErxF2 divided by x (0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 0 .38) solid solution on the form of sintered pellets and thin films have all owed to evaluate the influence of the morphology on the electrical properti es. Results obtained are discussed and correlated to growth rate of cluster ing process which is developing when x increases. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science BN. All rights reserved.
