Abstract
The BP Andrew field has been developed using a novel business solution whic
h required the creation of a Well Engineering AIZiance with shared objectiv
es, a radically new behavioral approach and jointly developed targets.
The paper describes the structure of the Alliance, the development and impl
ementation process and the success that has been achieved.
A project update provides a summary of subsequent progress.
