Abstract
It is proved that two convex bodies K-1, K-2 subset of E-d are homothetic s implices if and only if the d-dimensional intersections K-1 boolean AND (z + K-2). z epsilon E-d, belong to at most countably many homothety equivalen ce classes of convex bodies in E-d.
