Abstract
Using the correlation function of the chiral vertex operators of the Coulom b gas model, we find the Laughlin wavefunctions of the quantum Hall effect, with filling factor v = 1/m, on Riemann sufaces with a Poincare metric. Th e same is done for quasihole wavefunctions. We also discuss their plasma an alogy.
